If your PC or laptop is damaged, stolen or lost, our remote data backup service means that your data isn’t lost too.

Whether it’s data you collect during site visits, client details or research and results, it can all be backed-up to a secure location and restored quickly.

Key features of data backup:

  • Managed - the service is managed by our in house technical team based in Leeds. It includes daily monitoring and email reporting
  • Automatic - the back up is scheduled and does not require user intervention
  • Secure - every file is encrypted before leaving your network
  • Offsite - data is safely stored away from your office
  • Selective - backup only your key data to keep costs down
  • Archiving - modified/deleted files are held in an archive that allows you to restore them to any specific point in time

Express & Comprehensive IT Support

We offer two levels of IT Support to suit most small and medium sized businesses.
Both of the options include unlimited remote and telephone support, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm with a 4-hour response.

The support includes:

  • Unlimited remote and telephone support
  • Answer general IT questions
  • Provide best practice advice
  • Recommendations for updates to software/hardware or new services to keep up to date with technology
  • Quarterly site reviews

The Comprehensive IT Support also includes:

  • On-site support*
  • Weekly server checks

*On-site support is subject to location. Out-of-contract onsite support is available at an additional charge.
