Our IT support contract

We offer IT support contracts to businesses who want the peace of mind of knowing they have a fixed monthly cost, and can call for as much support as required. Our contracts are 30 day rolling, with the ability to increase/decrease the cover on a monthly basis. If you don't require a contract, we can provide ad-hoc IT consultancy at a fixed rate too.

Changing IT support provider

We know that changing IT support provider can seem like a big deal - worrying about losing time and money, being stuck between old and new providers. Often, businesses only change IT support provider when they are experiencing problems with their service - response times are poor, tasks aren't completed on time, calls are not returned etc. We've been providing support for 30 years, so are experts in managing the hand-over from the previous IT support provider to ourselves. Our process is as follows:

We visit your business and audit the equipment, services and technology you use. We gather any documentation and passwords you have on file, as well as identifying any immediate issues that should be resolved

Handover

We contact the previous IT provider and request all further documentation, passwords, licenses etc. These are documented and tested, before we provide them back to you. We then start the handover process and begin to provide support

Review

After taking control of your IT, we setup proactive monitoring and begin to address any outstanding issues. After 1 month, we organise a review to update you and discuss short, medium and long term plans to maintain and improve your infrastructure

Over the years we have discovered that different industries have different priorities in regard to the information they want to gather and process. Within the food industry for example, processes need to be tightly controlled whereas the legal and financial sectors rely on impenetrable security.
Over the years, we've provided IT Support to businesses from 1 to over 500 users. Our contracts are based on the number of users that need support - users can be added and removed from the contract on a monthly basis if required.
We actively support all version of Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Linux and mobile/tablet operating systems such as Google Android and Apple iOS.
No, our IT Support contracts are provided on a rolling 30 day basis. Many customers start by trialling our support for a month.
Whilst we are partners for some organisations (including Microsoft and Google), we are not tied to them - we find the right solution for your business, whether or not that is from one of our current suppliers.
