Our IT support contract has been designed to provide flexible, reliable and friendly support, often acting as an outsourced IT department and providing a fully managed IT support service. Which industries do you have experience supporting?
It is easy to say every business is different but what does that really mean, and how is it relevant to IT solutions? Over the years we have discovered that different industries have different priorities in regard to the information they want to gather and process. Within the food industry for example, processes need to be tightly controlled whereas the legal and financial sectors rely on impenetrable security.
How many users can be supported on a contract?
Over the years, we've provided IT Support to businesses from 1 to over 500 users. Our contracts are based on the number of users that need support - users can be added and removed from the contract on a monthly basis if required.
Which operating systems can you support?
We actively support all version of Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Linux and mobile/tablet operating systems such as Google Android and Apple iOS.
Do you have minimum contract lengths?
No, our IT Support contracts are provided on a rolling 30 day basis. Many customers start by trialling our support for a month.
Are you tied to any particular suppliers?
Whilst we are partners for some organisations (including Microsoft and Google), we are not tied to them - we find the right solution for your business, whether or not that is from one of our current suppliers.
